 Penta 1 / 2 Updated - Gaf refresh in read module now has a smoother and quicker action. Zadmin shows if a document is linked to a GAF by the addition of a new column 'in use' Y or N display.

 Valentine's gift - Display lists have been rewritten and should therefore display quicker and more efficiently

If you are using ZIZO plug in modules such as Z-Training for work based competency and Event Manager for non conformance and corrective/preventive action then...a new feature has been introduced whereby you can connect to these plugins not via the old method of an app-link that is not dynamic, ie if the mapped drive path changes then the link no longer works, but by using the 'ZIZO module" selection you can link dynamically to the executable file.

Check out global parameters set setup the module name and then on the GAF edit screen use the OLE routine and select 'use ZIZO modules'

Enhance       - Controlled copies - When you now press the print button, and the document uses the Control Copy Number,                          it will ask you how many copies to print. When the user press the print icon, it will print the first copy, and                                only when the PrintPreview is CLOSED, it will print the rest. Not very neat, but with the PrintPreview I ZIZO                            loses control. (The report dept/wflw boxes have been swapped correctly)

                           A table width depends on a window width in the following cases:

                     1)      Table width is defined in % (table.BestWidth is a negative value specifying with in %), or

                     2)      Table width is unspecified, but widths of some columns cannot be directly calculated in pixels. In this case,                                   displays table at full width

                           A table has a fixed with if:

                    1)      Table width is defined in pixels (table.BestWidth is positive), or

                    2)      Table width is unspecified, but width of all columns can be calculated in pixels (i.e. each column has at least one                          cell having with defined in pixels, and no cells have width defined in %)

                           Tested it by going into Table properties, removed the value in “Width” and changed it to “Pixels”.Anchor gone…..   😊

New                   - Change control menu (Chameleon...the master of change!) now includes an expiry option WIP

NEW                 - Change control screen now active including expired documents, new feeature;

                            - Expiry = All documents that have an expiration date set at document header level in admin will prompt comm

                                            on expiration. To reset the date select the document and log a DAS request providing the new date

                                            It is recommended that the document has a single member comm to be effective.

                            - Forms on line = A  document is assigned to use FOL by checking the FOL icon in admin

                                                         A campaign is setup and the document routing is setup via user selection and the destination dir

                                                         where the file is to be saved with all comments is made - in admin

                                                         In read all FOL documents can be seen/selected via the FOL icon on the read menu, or a document                                                             that contains the FOL icon can be selected and the form completed.

                                                         The form workflows to each user in the campaign until the final user adds commentary and it is then                                                             saved. 

                           - Resubmit DAS = A DAS request that has been deleted can be resubmitted and its notification is now included

Fixes primarily to the new change control menu including;

Rejected DAS requests not displaying on the notification menu - can now sync with a new button (notifications) added on the zread menu

Rejected DAS requests, if one is deleted the system deletes all - fixed

Committee members cannot be deleted from a committee - Fixed

Report ; who hasnt read their procedures (summary) is inaccurate - Fixed

NEW - In order to access the change notification menu a user needs to log in to ZIZO - A button has been added to the read menu

Archiving - Existing method takes a snapshot of changes and copies it to archive - New method now copies only PREVIOUS (obsolete) changes to archive and the current (Live) version is visible via ZIZO

Zread- Event manager : The ZIZO logon change control screen, if non-conformance selected, it launched the EM module, now it also                                                loads the users cases for selection
                                        Customised input fields are no longer visible on the red screen during the action process

Zread - Error trapping, if the zizo.ini is not accessable then ZIZO will error = 'ZIZO.ini file not found'

Zadmin - GAF menu : When using the ghost option, if the drag option is not used correctly then a minuscule dot is placed on the gaf and this is recognised as an object by the system, it can cause 'system resource' errors making GAF maintenance unstable. If a ghost link option is selected and not dragged the system will now default to a 5 pixel box that can easily be deleted

EM - Included location (2x fileds) on the EM cons rpt csv export option

Zadmin - User update : New feature to export user details from ZIZO as csv 

Zadmin- GAF edit : Dashboard dials now showing correct data and if the dial is clicked in zread it displays underlying data set

Event manager - Filter on the main menu added - classification/location
                            If a case is opened by investigator the err has been fixed if closed without completion
                            Classification/Location included in EM cons rpt export as CSV

 All ZIZO modules are Office365 friendly and cater for alternative use via the Zemailservice option

 FOL - last user comment is saved correctly. EM 'Near-Miss' event type is now user configurable.

 Enhanced GAF objects now include links to Reports and DAS (Add/del)

Extended the name limit for the addendum files in Event Manager

Zadmin - Shelf life caused memory err on startup - resolved

Zadmin / Zutil added new feature to eport DAS data as csv

Zutils - upgraded the DAS delete funtion to include a range of cases

Forms on line (FOL) Improved to include header details in the archived document. Download the header.rtf (see below) and locate it in the BlankFiles directory as per zizo.ini path (ensure using the latest zadmin/zread exes are used)

Zread - E-mail icon includes the document as an attachment when used.

Zadmin/document editor/When removing a hyperlink if it has an attachment it can be deleted simultaneously

Zread print preview provides a 'stretch to fit' option 

Zadmin - DAS - Number of cases limit at 99999 on query has been exceeded - Resolved
